### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Early Preschool Teacher to join our team at Primrose School of Frisco at Main and Teel. As a Lead Early Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children. You will assess each child's developmental needs, implement lesson plans, and maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.

### Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage a group of children in a safe and healthy environment
* Assess each child's developmental needs and implement individualized lesson plans
* Maintain a well-organized and attractive classroom that encourages children to learn and grow
* Provide clear and consistent expectations for children's behavior and offer verbal recognition and acceptance
* Assist with maintenance and housekeeping duties of the classroom and common areas
* Attend staff meetings, workshops, and school functions

### Qualifications

* Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency
* Previous teaching or assistant teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program preferred
* Knowledge of social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with handling children and facilitating programs
