Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the operations of our preschool in Gahanna, OH. As a Director, you will be responsible for managing personnel, developing programs, and maintaining licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators and staff
  • Develop and implement educational programs for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years
  • Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and standards
  • Manage budgets and finances
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and the community
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Director in a licensed childcare center or preschool
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technology and manage multiple tasks
