Audiovisual Specialist

Mills James is seeking a highly skilled Audiovisual Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As an Audiovisual Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our corporate clients, ensuring seamless execution of meetings and events.

• Collaborate with clients to plan and execute events, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support for audiovisual equipment and systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of events.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of audiovisual technology, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, representing Mills James in a positive and courteous manner.

• Minimum of one year of experience in the audiovisual industry.
• Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Premiere.
• Basic understanding of audio, video, and networking technology.
• Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Availability to work early mornings and evenings.
