Audiovisual Specialist

Mills James is seeking a highly skilled Audiovisual Specialist to join our team on-site at a client's corporate facility in Cincinnati. As an Audiovisual Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for all audiovisual service lines utilized by the clients on-site.

• Provide high-level customer service and technical support for meetings and events
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute events
• Recommend and implement audiovisual solutions to meet client needs
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in a corporate client environment
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

• Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic understanding of audio, video, and networking technology
• Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Availability to work early mornings and evenings
• Minimum of one year of experience in the audiovisual industry
