About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during designated shifts. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the Nurse Coordinator will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serving as a resource person for staff and modeling a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, collaborating with other members of the management team.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
What You'll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
  • ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate Provider must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • At least 1 year of applicable experience required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, and employee stock purchase plan.
