Job Title: Director of Marketing and Admissions

We are seeking a skilled Director of Marketing and Admissions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organized individual with experience in admissions and marketing in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet census goals by working with the facility Leadership Team and Home Office Clinical Liaison.
  • Manage the facility customer flow, admissions process, referral management, and admission sign-in.
  • Responsible for maintaining targeted occupancy levels of the facility.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in an Admissions/Marketing position in a healthcare environment.
  • Long-term care experience required.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and 3rd party billing.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
