About the Role

This leadership opportunity involves being the face of the company for clients, taking ownership of every lead, project, and customer interaction while driving revenue and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Estimate and sell residential and commercial painting projects.
  • Upsell additional services to maximize client value.
  • Attend industry events and community gatherings as the primary representative.
  • Generate leads through networking and professional contacts.
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline of prospects and track business development activities in CRM.
  • Pass off jobs professionally to project managers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Requirements
  • A proven ability and hunger to drive sales.
  • Independence and initiative.
  • A clean driving record and daily travel within the territory.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • At least 2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $80,000 - $110,000 annual salary.
  • Company vehicle provided.
