- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to understand customer behaviors, inform marketing strategies, and drive product enhancements.
- Competitive and Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, informing product decisions.
- Product Leadership: Act as a product leader within the organization, partnering with internal teams and stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on developing B2B or B2C SaaS products.
- Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and ADO.
- Data-Driven Product Management: Strong data-driven product management skills using tools like Pendo and Google Analytics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration skills to work across technical and non-technical teams and large stakeholder groups.
- Autonomy and Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, cross-functionally, and deliver customer-focused products.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- MDM/CDP Experience: Experience in developing user/customer profiles using MDM/CDP products.
- Industry Background: Background in healthcare, benefits, or outsourcing services.
- SAFe Experience: Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Mentorship and Partnership Experience: Experience mentoring product managers and managing partnerships.
- Technical Background: Technical background is a plus.
