We are seeking a highly motivated mid-level Commercial and Technology Contracts Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business-to-business commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including terms of sale/purchase, vendor and procurement contracts, consulting services, supply, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics agreements.
- Negotiating SaaS, software licensing, software development, IT services, and other technology-related agreements.
- Reviewing and negotiating data protection agreements, with a focus on data privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, etc.).
Requirements:
- Excellent contract drafting, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Familiarity with key commercial contract provisions, including Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, Representations & Warranties, and Intellectual Property Rights, and Information Security.
