Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Chicanos Por La Causa. This role is responsible for providing direct client care supervision to adolescent girls in a residential group home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic interaction, guidance, support, and role modeling to residents
  • Monitor resident behavior according to program guidelines
  • Foster positive relationships with team members, residents, families, and visitors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A High School Diploma or GED
  2. Experience in the social services field (preferred)
  3. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: valid Arizona Driver's License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and ability to obtain CPR, CPI, and First Aid certification
Working Conditions

This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends. You may also be required to work at other campuses within the agency.

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $55,000 per year
