About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Crew Technician to join our team at Holbrook Asphalt Co. As an Asphalt Crew Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of asphalt projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Physical Labor: You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in asphalt projects, including preparing surfaces for paving, repairing or sealing.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: You will work closely with team members to lay asphalt, equipment, sealers, and other products.
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean job site, picking up all tools and equipment, and securing the job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
  • Handle Materials: You will perform materials handling and storage, loading and unloading trucks, and hauling and hoisting materials.
  • Comply with Regulations: You will comply with all safety, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
