About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to join our team, focusing on industrial applications. As a member of our team, you'll own all aspects of product development, from concept to manufacturing release.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with silicon designers and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of DFT and DFM principles.
  • Develop and document comprehensive test plans for upcoming products.
  • Lead and mentor test engineering teams to craft robust production test solutions.
  • Spearhead efforts to ensure correlation between bench testing and Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor device characterization and measurement.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor Test Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ or Visual Basic, as well as scripting languages like Perl/Python.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with UVM-based functional verification for mixed-signal chips.
  • Familiarity with tools and environments such as Cadence design and Synopsis development.
  • Working proficiency in Mandarin, preferred but not required.
