Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Driver- CDL (B) to join our team. As a Driver- CDL (B), you will be responsible for safely operating a collection truck, providing prompt and courteous service to customers, and ensuring compliance with company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working order.
  • Safely operate the truck along designated routes, reading route sheets and following maps to service customers.
  • Load and unload waste, operate compactors, and dispose of collected material at designated facilities.
  • Interact with customers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure timely and professional service.
  • Monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste and clean up spills as needed.
  • Complete required reports, including route/productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports.
Requirements
  • Class B or higher Commercial Driver's license with air brakes endorsement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and safety standards.
