Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified IT Audit Specialist to join our team at Mindlance. This role is essential in ensuring that our information technology systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate experience in audit functions or similar control roles, with relevant certifications or industry credentials (e.g., CPA, CFA, CIA) being highly regarded.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR/PII, and HIPAA.
  • Show proficiency in essential software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and possess a basic understanding of data analysis techniques, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving abilities while familiarizing oneself with both auditing and industry standards (NIST).
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, while demonstrating strong PC skills and the ability to collaborate within a team or work independently.
