Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs in a timely and effective manner
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, locate products, and make recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays
  • Process transactions, handle customer returns, and resolve customer complaints
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating eye-catching displays and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
