ServiceNow Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Raas Infotek LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the business needs of our clients.

• Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
• Manual and Automated Testing: Perform both manual and automated testing for ServiceNow applications, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects in the ServiceNow platform, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Test Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of test cases, results, and any defects identified during testing.
• Test Execution: Execute test cases for various ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management, CMDB, and other custom applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and provide input on design to ensure quality is considered throughout the development lifecycle.
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability under high-usage conditions.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes and strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing activities.
• Tool Usage: Utilize ServiceNow's built-in testing tools and other test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or Selenium.

• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 1-2 years specifically testing ServiceNow implementations.
  • Experience with various ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM is a plus.
• Testing Skills: Strong skills in manual testing techniques, and experience in automated testing tools is desirable.
• Tools: Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, HP ALM, or ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Defect Tracking: Experience in defect tracking and resolution processes.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with development teams and stakeholders.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Knowledge of Scripting Languages: Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python for test automation.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
• ITIL Practices: Familiarity with ITIL practices.
