Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Sonography Technologist to join our team at UCHealth. As a key member of our Echocardiography department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct patient care and performs echocardiography procedures
  • Models proficiency through precepting new team members
  • Contributes to a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Welcomes new knowledge and stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiac sonography
  • Participates in quality improvement initiatives and contributes to a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program
  • Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
  • State licensure if required by law
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
