Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and restocking shelves.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals, including promoting products and services, and handling customer transactions.
  • Perform daily tasks, such as checking in vendors, restocking coolers and freezers, and cleaning fountain areas.
  • Attend store team meetings and participate in training and development programs to improve sales and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Salary: $13.00 per hour or based on experience.
