Job Overview: We are seeking a Construction Site Leader to oversee project tasks for in-ground pool installations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with the on-site manager and lead the team to complete each step of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage weekly tasks based on construction stage
  • Coordinate with the on-site manager to complete tasks across multiple projects
  • Ensure team members comply with building and safety regulations
  • Report key deliverables and milestones, ensuring progress is made
  • Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors when on-site
  • Supervise and direct laborers
  • Identify and mitigate potential issues

Qualifications:
  • Work site experience leading teams
  • Understanding of construction methods and processes
  • Knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes
  • Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
  • Ability to break large projects into small steps

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
