Job Overview

Phoenix is in search of a Custodial Team Lead to oversee our cleaning operations. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid background in custodial management seeking a full-time role.

Position Title: Custodial Team Lead

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Educational Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in a custodial management environment or a comparable field.
  • Familiarity with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel is advantageous.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record if required to operate a company vehicle.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
Reporting To: Supervisor/Assistant Project Manager/Project ManagerKey Responsibilities:
  • Train new staff and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and current cleaning practices.
  • Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
  • Collaborate with supervisors on project operations.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
  • Ability to navigate various surfaces independently.
  • Physical endurance to perform duties for at least 8 hours daily.
