Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our upscale sports bar located in the Alpharetta/John's Creek area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with 3 to 5 years of bartending experience, a strong passion for mixology, and exceptional customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating unique cocktails, a thorough understanding of spirits, and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch service to customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, ensuring a positive experience for every guest, and contributing to the success of our establishment.

A competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year reflects your value as a seasoned mixologist. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

• Pour and serve expertly crafted beverages to customers, offering recommendations on menu items and specialty cocktails.
• Take orders efficiently and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, enhancing their overall experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment, glassware, and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels, communicate restock needs, and adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage transactions accurately and handle cash and credit payments.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol service.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
• In-depth knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Familiarity with state alcohol laws and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure, handling high-volume situations with ease.
