Mixology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Expert to join our client's upscale sports bar located in the Alpharetta/John's Creek area. With 3 to 5 years of bartending experience, a strong expertise in mixology, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, this role requires a personable, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, lively environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, including specialty cocktails.
• Take customer orders, offer suggestions on menu items, and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, equipment, and glassware.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers.
• Monitor bar inventory, communicate shortages or restock needs, and manage transactions effectively.
• Ensure the bar complies with local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol service.

• 3 to 5 years of bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume setting.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of state alcohol laws and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume situations.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
