Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kipling. As a Sales Associate, you will be the voice and face of the brand, delivering a best-in-class consumer experience and contributing to an inclusive environment where you are free to be you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build sales by demonstrating a customer-centric mindset, utilizing selling behaviors, and providing solutions and inspiration through customer interactions.
  • Ensure product is always available to the customer and is presented in a compelling way that is consistent with visual guidelines and brand standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom areas.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store objectives and sales results.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, standards, and practices, and company directives.
  • Protect company assets and comply with safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs.

Requirements
  • 0-1 years of related professional/retail experience preferred but not required.
  • A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
  • Standing required for entire work shift.
  • Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds (as needed).
