We are seeking a highly skilled On-Site Specialist to support the success and improvement of our client's On-Site program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the activities of all associates and ensuring job performance goals are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong working relationships with client management teams and stakeholders to anticipate future needs and recruit temporary resources.
- Communicate effectively with all client personnel, temporary associates, and company personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Regularly meet with client supervisory personnel to confirm satisfaction with associate performance and address concerns.
- Collaborate with the branch team, regional, and corporate personnel to meet client performance expectations.
- Assist with identifying and assigning temporary associates who meet client standards regarding job skills and level of ability.
- Maintain regular contact with the current pool of temporary associates to clarify their availability for future assignments.
- Respond to client and temporary associate concerns promptly and recommend steps to resolve problems.
- Complete injury reports and assist injured workers in getting medical treatment according to company policy and procedures.
- Conduct new hire orientations to ensure all associates are aware of applicable company policies and safety issues.
- Experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
