Job OpportunityJob Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment to ensure a positive member experience.
  • Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
  • Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the Club Manager.
  • Follow Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager.
Requirements
  • Custodial experience preferred.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Ability to work third shift is required.
  • Honesty and a strong work ethic are necessary.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
  • Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
