Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with assigned physicians to ensure seamless patient care
  • Escort patients to exam rooms and record medical information
  • Perform stress testing, EKGs, and other cardiology-related procedures
  • Review lab results and follow up with patients
  • Answer phones and assist with check-in/out procedures
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and review next day's assignments
Requirements:
  • Certified or registered Medical Assistant
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
  • Familiarity with cardiology-related procedures and EMR systems
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
