  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility using the security system
  • Control access for guests, tenants, and vendors, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises
  • Maintain the integrity of the property, reporting any safety concerns or issues
  • Perform routine foot patrols to ensure the facility is secure and free from hazards
  • Report any unauthorized activities or incidents to management
  • Enforce property rules and regulations, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards residents and guests
  • Maintain the plaza kiosks, ensuring they are clean and functional
  • Communicate important information to guests, providing a positive and welcoming experience
  • Ensure fire access areas are clear and accessible at all times
  • Close loading dock doors to prevent unauthorized access
  • Monitor parking and tow vehicles if necessary, maintaining a safe and secure parking environment
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a security officer
  • 1 year of customer-service experience
  • Clean driver's license
  • Flexibility to work after hours and weekends
