About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Display Merchandiser to join our team in Waukesha, WI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store merchandising services to ensure our products are prominently displayed and easily accessible to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain visually appealing displays that showcase our products in a compelling and engaging way.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with store employees and managers to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Utilize mobile apps to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
  • Travel to assigned stores within a designated territory, using a personal vehicle, to execute merchandising tasks.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and merchandising our products.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 or less moving violations within the last 36 months.
  • Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day, stoop, kneel, bend, push, and pull, lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders and step stools repeatedly, and reach above shoulders repeatedly.
  • Smart phone with ability to install free mobile apps.
