In this role, you will engage with senior leadership in operations on key projects and collaborate with a diverse range of cross-functional partners.

This position requires in-office attendance and necessitates the flexibility to work onsite three days a week if you are within a commutable distance to a designated facility.
Primary Responsibilities
- Directs and oversees cross-functional process enhancement initiatives, utilizing best practices and a variety of methodologies and tools.
- Assists in the design of new business processes across multiple teams.
- Evaluates and measures the effectiveness of current business processes and formulates sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable future state solutions.
- Documents existing workflows and performs root cause analysis to pinpoint areas of concern.
- Collaborates with business partners to prioritize opportunities and propose solutions that enhance quality and service.
- Communicates project progress and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
- Contributes to the development of work instructions, job aids, and training materials.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field preferred; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement design and development.
- Six Sigma, Lean, or a related certification preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies; PMP certification preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct data analysis, summarize findings, and utilize data to support proposed solutions.
- Proven critical and strategic thinking abilities; adept at identifying, assessing, and resolving issues.
- Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to quickly understand new business areas and concepts.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Capacity to navigate ambiguity, embrace change, and work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
- Exceptional communication (oral and written), presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in documenting detailed meeting summaries for dissemination to relevant audiences.
- Ability to effectively engage with all professional levels, including senior/executive leadership, stakeholders, and partners.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
For those working from home occasionally or permanently, a reliable internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload is required.
We anticipate offering an annual salary of 105,900 USD, contingent on relevant factors such as experience and geographic location.
This role is also expected to be eligible for participation in an annual bonus plan.
