Position Title: Resident Care Assistant at The Village at Northridge
Are you passionate about enhancing the lives of others? We are seeking dedicated individuals who find joy in assisting those in need. Become a part of our team and help us deliver outstanding support to our residents.
- Respond promptly and compassionately to the needs of residents. Training will be provided for those who have a heart for service.
- Assist residents with essential daily activities including personal hygiene, dressing, nutrition, and mobility support.
- Provide transportation assistance for residents, aiding in bed transfers and wheelchair mobility.
- Engage with residents to hear and appreciate their remarkable life stories.
- Work collaboratively with a team to foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving is beneficial but not required.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Additional Information:
All provided information will be handled confidentially in accordance with EEO guidelines. This role is part-time and includes evening and weekend shifts.
