Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitize high-touch areas and clean surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas, including furniture and glass
  • Address urgent cleaning situations
  • Perform basic floor care tasks such as vacuuming, carpet spotting, sweeping, and mopping
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is safe and functional
  • Dust, empty waste bins, restock restrooms, and clean walls, windows, and countertops
  • Communicate inventory needs to supervisors
Benefits

SEIU benefits encompass medical, dental, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays. Employees must complete 1040 hours of work and maintain 120 hours per month to qualify for benefits.
