We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team.

Role Responsibilities:
The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of clients with communication and swallowing disorders. This role involves:
  • Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans based on physician orders.
  • Utilizing therapeutic activities to help clients regain and improve their daily living skills.
  • Collaborating with patients, their representatives, and caregivers to create effective care plans.
  • Providing education and counseling to patients and their families.
  • Maintaining communication with physicians and other healthcare providers involved in the patient's care.
  • Supervising home health aides as needed, ensuring compliance with care standards.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
  • A Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Speech and Hearing Sciences, or Communication Disorders.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience is preferred.
