Position Overview:

This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations within the Nutrition Services department, including food preparation, delivery, catering, sanitation, and inventory management. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for training and orienting new team members while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and serving of meals for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Oversee various food stations, including grill and salad bar, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Maintain inventory levels for food items and supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of two years in food service or healthcare; equivalent education may be considered.
  • Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Basic computer literacy.
