Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in CNC Programming and Operation
  • Proficiency with CNC Lathes and CNC Mills
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints

Key Responsibilities:
Your role will involve:

  • Setting up and securing tooling for machining
  • Establishing reference points based on tooling
  • Setting tool lengths and changing tooling inserts as required
  • Locating and loading the correct tool paths for machining
  • Adjusting speeds and feeds to optimize performance
  • Deburring tooling when necessary
  • Identifying model reference planes to align parts on the machine
  • Selecting appropriate tool paths and cutters
  • Posting programs for production
