Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough audits of patient records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency standards.
- Develop and implement effective audit tools, including data analysis and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for addressing deficiencies.
- Provide education and support to clinical staff on quality and compliance regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
- Analyze data from audits and present recommendations for areas of improvement.
- Perform chart reviews and identify trends to inform quality improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of clinical disciplines to provide support and education.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN or equivalent experience.
- Current RN license to practice professional nursing in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
- Hospice or home health experience required.
We offer a comprehensive training program, including 2 days of orientation and 6 days of classroom training with our Clinical Education Specialists. You will also have opportunities to observe and train with field staff to gain a deeper understanding of our agency and its operations.
