About the Role

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage and analyze financial data for our residential real estate portfolio

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement financial models to support investment decisions

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠4-5+ years of real estate accounting experience, preferably in residential/multifamily

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in one of the leading accounting software systems (Yardi, MRI, RealPage, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 days remote from home)
