Raven Ridge is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components. Your expertise and experience in the field will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities:

* Design and develop mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards.
* Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the best materials, manufacturing processes, and technologies for each project.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
* Create detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for manufacturing and production purposes.
* Oversee prototype development and testing, making necessary adjustments to improve performance and functionality.
* Perform quality control checks, inspections, and tests to verify the integrity and reliability of mechanical components and systems.
* Provide technical support and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from concept to production.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* 5+ years of demonstrated product development experience.
* Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
* Experience with FEA and other simulation software is preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
* Familiarity with industry codes and regulations.
* Detail-oriented and well-organized.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
