Job Title: Sales Associate II

Join the Tapestry team as a Sales Associate II and be part of a global house of brands committed to innovation and inclusivity. As a Sales Associate II, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales results through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to Coach standards and visual merchandising expectations.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Support store inventory processes, including processing shipments, stocking shelves, and replenishing sales floor.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and lift up to 25 pounds.
