About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at The Perillo Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned commercial projects from commencement to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting and budgeting.
  • Oversee pre-construction meetings and ensure successful handoff from estimating to field operations.
  • Collaborate with our prefabrication and design departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for foremen and ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Estimate change orders for assigned projects and manage all closeout procedures.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for future improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to foremen to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain a network of professional relationships within the industry to stay up-to-date on best practices and trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (a plus).
  • At least 7 years of successful electrical project management experience, with a strong background in commercial construction and OSHA 30 certification (a plus).
  • Prior experience in electrical estimating and a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, foremen, and other stakeholders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
