Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vascular Technologist to join our team at Community Medical Center. As a Diagnostic Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and stress tests.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures, including IP and OP exams
  • Responsible for completion of all diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures
  • Computer skills necessary for the management and archiving of test results
  • Inputting of echo data received from outreach areas

Requirements:

  • Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
  • Experience with neonates, pediatrics, adults, and stress tests
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • BLS upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Trans esophageal experience preferred
  • Vascular experience strongly preferred

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position in the Echo department, working a day shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
