Primary Responsibility:


Under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Repackaging Operations Associate will operate machinery to prepare consumer goods for storage or distribution. Responsibilities include monitoring the speed and precision of tasks in the repackaging area.

Key Responsibilities:


Conduct pre-shift setup, activate equipment for operation, verify the accuracy of product dates, and perform regular quality assessments on repackaging machinery.

Execute basic mechanical tasks, train new team members for line roles, and provide support to line workers during their absence.

Ensure a continuous flow of both components and finished products, maintain accurate documentation, and complete necessary paperwork.
Foster a safe working environment through personal actions and identify any safety issues, as well as opportunities for cost savings.
Maintain cleanliness in the work area by clearing loose cardboard and plastic, and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent educational background (GED) is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience in a warehouse setting
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities with effective communication skills for interaction with colleagues and supervisors.

Capability to perform basic arithmetic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with a keen attention to detail to meet deadlines, and the ability to read and comprehend safety regulations, operational guidelines, and procedural manuals.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Physical Requirements:


To successfully perform this role, an individual must be able to fulfill the essential functions and meet the physical demands necessary, including but not limited to standing, walking, bending, squatting, stretching, twisting, pushing, pulling, gripping, reaching, or lifting hands and arms overhead.

Employees may occasionally need to utilize distance vision, stand, kneel, or crouch. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities.

While executing the essential functions of this position, the associate:

May be required to work in an environment with controlled temperatures of -15 degrees Fahrenheit and varying outside temperatures (including heat, cold, and precipitation)
Requires repetitive motions for many job functions throughout the shift.
Must be able to stand in one location for up to 2 hours at a time during an 8-hour shift
Must be capable of transferring and lifting boxes weighing up to 70 lbs. and moving products a minimum distance of 6 ft. without mechanical assistance.
