Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and providing coaching and training to sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Manage sales performance and provide coaching and training to sales team members
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
