We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a hospital in Toledo, OH. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time RRT position working night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week, with floating required as needed within the Metro Region. The ideal candidate will have experience in Adult Critical Care and Emergency Department Ventilator Management, including BiPAP and CPAP. A strong understanding of Epic is also required.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including respiratory therapy and ventilator management
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP, and OH RRT certifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an RRT
  • Strong understanding of Epic and experience with BiPAP and CPAP
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
