Engagement and Communications Specialist

The Community Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating connections between MARE and the community. This includes leading key community programs, building relationships with supporters, and creating impactful communications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, coordinate, and execute community engagement programs, ensuring alignment with MARE's mission and goals.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage our community and promote our work.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support donor and stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and volunteer coordination.
- A highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills.
- Able to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
