Job Overview

The Price Center is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development of innovative support programs for individuals. As a Specialized Supports Program Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, planning daily activities, and ensuring participants achieve their goals.

Salary: $24/hour

Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Create engaging day-to-day activities that teach essential life and social skills through participant-driven programs.
  • Care Coordination: Liaise with service coordinators, families, and the community to provide personalized services.
  • Individualized Plans: Develop progress plans by assessing challenges and strengths, unlocking each participant's potential.
  • Collaboration: Work with BCBA clinicians to integrate behavioral strategies into our programs.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Supervise program staff, conduct evaluations, and inspire a culture of excellence.
  • Communication Skills: Safeguard health, safety, and dignity while nurturing independence during in-program and community activities.
  • Organizational Skills: Design dynamic weekly schedules filled with skill-building, community outings, and enriching activities.
