About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Proposal Lead to join our Worldwide Public Sector Pricing Team as a key resource driving task order pricing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage pricing volumes, including basis of estimate, total evaluated price, pricing scenarios, price narratives, and bid assumptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer and partner business and technical requirements.
  • Optimize existing processes and develop new, scalable, and repeatable processes and tools that reflect best pricing practices.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and refine pricing submission models.
  • Facilitate net new pricing requirements with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze task order win/loss trends and provide guidance to maximize win probability.

You will join a team of highly supportive and collaborative pricing, compete, and incentives experts with a focus on leading the most strategic Public Sector price proposals and scaling pricing best practices across the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • 2+ years of responding to requests for proposals experience.
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
