Job Summary

As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the timely completion of installs and service calls, working closely with Lead Installers and independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Setup: Complete complex audio/video installs and setup, including control systems, satellite/cable systems, and advanced networking/data system installs.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Advanced troubleshooting of simple and complex systems, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training and evaluation of up to Lead level technicians, ensuring that our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Responsible for assigned vehicle care and maintenance, ensuring that our fleet is always in top condition.
Requirements
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in all Lead level qualifications, with a strong understanding of audio/video systems, control systems, and networking/data systems.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Education and Certifications: Tech 2 or better certifications (or obtain within 6 months of hire), completion of Academy (or obtain within 6 months of hire), and completion of ProSource University within the first year of employment.
