Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team at Meineke Car Care By Team Outsider. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth through effective management and leadership of our service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing service team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage and control labor, inventory, and expenses to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve business goals, and to develop and implement plans to achieve them.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting expectations.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive service management, with a strong background in customer service and team leadership.
  • ASE certification preferred, with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of mechanical problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
