OB/GYN opening in Moultrie, GA - Location: Moultrie, GA; Albany GA 35m; Tallahassee 60m Position Details: - Seeking a full-time OB/Gyn to join an established single-specialty practice with three board-certified physicians- Salary: Guaranteed salary is competitive at median of MGMA- Bonus of 100% of practice profits- Clinic schedule: M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM- Call is 1 day/week plus 1 weekend every four weeks. Extra pay for extra call.- Opportunity to precept medical students and residents- Facility is located within short walking distance of the hospital campus; physicians lounge with meals provided; a 24-hour all-access employee gym Benefits: - Generous student loan repayment assistance- Paid health insurance in exchange for precepting residents and medical students- Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage- Optional participation in supplemental benefits package- Paid house-hunting and relocation- Monthly cell phone allowance- CME allowance and CME paid time off- Paid time off annually, plus holidays- Residents/fellows who make an early commitment receive a monthly stipend through the duration of their training Requirements: - Completion or upcoming completion of OB/Gyn residency- Required Certifications/Licensures: - Board certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 4 years) - Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact About the Group: - The way the group works hospital-owned physician practices is to treat them as if the MD is the owner. The group negotiates a salary based upon MGMA figures, which is paid to the physician monthly. At the end of the year, the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice as he would if he/she owned the practice. Physicians also receive full benefits including paid malpractice, benefits package, relocation, CME allowance, paid time off. - If you are a resident who wants to make an early commitment, the group will pay you a monthly stipend to help with expenses through the duration of training.- Medical center is a quality institution.
