Compensation and Work Schedule

Location: Hot Springs, AR
Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
Shift Availability: Night Shift - Specific details will be provided during the interview process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prioritize exceptional customer service at all times.
- Monitor and report on activities within your designated area.
- Respond swiftly to critical incidents.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports.
- Understand and enforce client policies, regulations, and standards.
- Manage access control and badge verification.
- Guide visitors to their intended destinations.
- Oversee security camera operations.
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols across the premises.
- Ensure the facility is secured overnight and accessible during operational hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to successfully complete a thorough screening process.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must possess a minimum of 6 months prior experience in Military or Law Enforcement Security.
- Must have personal security equipment (firearm, ammunition, and duty belt).
- Possess an armed security license or the ability to obtain one if necessary.
- Must be at least 21 years old for positions requiring driving.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record if operating a company vehicle.
- Demonstrate a consistent work history.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
